Hi,
After some trials i imported 650 articles and registered some orders. Some main disadvantages i encoutered are:
*When making a new order, the screen to select a product is very very small, it is impossible to see the difference between the productnames.
*When selecting a product in a range of 1000 to 15.000 productlines and your only selection key is the BEGINING of the discription is impossible to work. You need to put more idexes on this file so that the article can be found also by something else than the beginning of the name !!
*When consulting or editing the order, in the BODY the field of the description of the article is also to small, you only can read a few letters. This is not a pro-way !

Exporting the orders is also an important issue, as these orders have to be read into our main computer. As i understand now, you export no complete orders, but 3 files (heading/body/footer) i also do not see the article numbers. Without these numbers it is impossible to import in the main computer.
Please let me know what is the way of working to export complete orders ?

I hope you can appreciate my comments, i am a user that is already more than 10 years commited to Mobile Order Collecting !

Regards form Belgium
Marc
