Hi josio,
You have to copy your import files into iOrder Documents Folder, accesible through iTunes.
Once copied them, you can go into "File Exchange" menu of the app and proceed to import your data.
You can read about an illustrated guide on iOrder User Manual.

Regards,

Hi jaynedeleon,
Please be sure that your column names are well written, sometimes softwares like excel add some characters like " that will make iOrder to not recognize column names.
You can also have a look to our sample import files here:

http://www.moveincloud.com/community/topic.php?id=248

Please let us know if you have other problems.

Hi,
Followed your user manual and I have been trying to load my data for days now,but it keeps on saying 0 of 3 records imported and so on. I have tried several times. I used ";" as the separator, still no luck.

Ok,

Generallybyou can import data without a fixed sequence.
This means that you can first imports customers, than products and than a related table.

We suggest you, to be more regular, to import all the related tables before records like products or dcustomers.
By example, import records for " payment terms", "ship methods" etc. Before to import Customers.

iOrder let you ever import data but if you follow a schema is a good practice.

About prices of products be sure to create any price descripitoon for each price list you want to manage. Than you can import prices lists.

Hi,

First i have to take care not to reply on different places in your forum. Is it better to put everything nder "evaluation" ?
I read your guide more than once now, but i do not find the best way to import the different parts.
What is the best way ? First clients, than products (how to import the prices of these products ?) etc ...
Thx
