Before to do the upload you must generate these files according to the .CSV standard using a desktop application like Apple Numbers or Microsoft Excel or others spreadsheets. The structure of the files for iOrder is very simple; The file name is the Table name used inside the iOrder Database, each first row of a file contain the records names. If you want, in example, to upload your Customers data you must provide a file and name it "imp_customers.ior" containing your customer data. At the other side if you want to export your Orders collected with iOrder you have to generate the files "exp_orderheader, exp_orderbody, exp_orderfooter" using the iOrder feature "File Exchange" inside the "Data Echange" menu checking the row "Orders" and press the export button. The suffixes used "imp_" and "exp_" serve to differentiate the files depending on whether data to be imported or exported iOrder.
