I've tried with .csv files generated from LibreOffice, OpenOffice, MicrosoftOffice. None of them works.
However I've discovered the problem is different: the .csv example file "imp_customers.csv" you have posted with the app
has WRONG labels on the LISTPRICE and COUNTRY columns. And the app doesn't import these columns.
The right label you have to put on the top of these columns are:
- customer_maincountryid (add "id")
- customer_mainpricelistid (add "id")

Please change your iOrder_CSV_FilesSpecifications PDF file as well (it has the incomplete field names).

Hi strataoy,
Which software are you using to build your .csv files? Software like Excel often rewrite some fields because of automatic cell format, please be sure that this is not your case (for example by opening your file with a standard text editor).

Hi strataoy,
As suggested into the other topic, please be sure to correctly link your .csv files by their "id" fields and that your editing software does not make some mistake.
Check that your imp_lists.csv" and "imp_countries.csv" files have been correctly imported into iOrder and that they have to list_id and country_id field filled in the way you are linking to them by exporting them and see the exported files.

And the listprice code doesn't appear also!
The .csv file contains the listprice codes for every customer but they don't appear after the import action.

When I'm importing customers datas from a .csv file, the result doesn't display ZIP codes starting with 0 (like Rome's zip codes 00185, 00120, etc.).
It simply display 185, or 120, without the starting 0s.
I've tried with '00185 instead of 00185 however it doesn't work.

I've prepared a .csv file with all customers datas to import on iOrder.
I've filled the country field (customer_maincountry) with the codes from your file imp_countries.csv
The import is ok, however when I see the customer card, the country doesn't appear.
