Attached to this post could be found the specifics of import files used by iOrder to import data in its database and for export too.

These specifications apply only to release version 6.7 of iOrder for iPad and iPhone and to release 7.3 of iOrder PRO.
We remember that the requested decimal separator is the one set in the device regional settings, the date fields are expressed in "yyyy-MM-dd" format and the column separator must be ";" (semicolon).

iOrder supports both import and export data in XML format in addition to the already 'CSV supported.

Hi Sander,
Double click on the transaction then double click on the row "custoners" (in your case) : a new window will appear with the transaction records.
You can also edit, remove or add new records by data entry feature of iOConnector as mentioned into the iOConnector User Manual.

In the export of customers from the program every column name started with company_. I used that as reference. Now, I've changed that to customer_. That seems to work, along with renaming the customers.csv.

Is there a way to check the imported data? I can't see these customers if I browse to the customers tab in iOConnector. Are they only visible when I link the iPad to this account?

Hi sander,
Wellcome on moveinCloud.com Community.
We suggest you to not use the manifest prefix name for the import files, in your case for MF000_customers.csv; iOConnector will try to read it as a manifest file and not as an import file. You can also remove the "appid" column from your manifest file.
Please let us know if you've solved the issue.

Regards,

Hello,

I'm trying the iOConnector. I have a CSV file from my backoffice. When I import it manually into customers, it works.

Now I want to setup pooling to automatically import this file.
In the service settings I have these settings:
- Input folder: D:\King\Output
- Pooling Timing: 10
- Manifest name prefix: MF000
Data entry settings:
- Update Data Entry checked
- Update flow: Pooling/Output
- Tables to update: customers.

In the folder D:\King\Output I have two files:
- MF000.csv
- MF000_customers.csv

In MF000.csv I have two lines:
device_id;file_name;file_type;appid
validdeviceid;MF000_customers.csv;1;

However, this file is not imported and no backup folder is created. Who can tell me what is going wrong?

Best regards,
Sander

Hi,

I've got iCatalog 2.1.1, and it seems to be impossible to import data.
"File exchange" option is impossible to find .
Is there a solution to import data in this program ?
